What does this Simlish word mean?

I have one certain Sim that goes around saying "germy" all the time. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing their Sim(s) saying this or other key words over and over? I know it's Simlish (of ...

    I guess it has something to do with the cheerful trait since you said she does it when she's happy.

    Maybe this is her way to express it :3

    Next time when she says it, you could take a look at her moodlets to find out more.

I think that my sims were saying the same phrase as your sim is. They were saying it as they watched the New Years countdown on the tv, and they were happy. I am not sure what it means.
