I rarely use the incense objects, because basically I don't remember they exist. I think they could be elsewhere in the catalog. But now I want them, for a Zen Collective I just built in Ciudad Enamorada. There is a room dedicated to yoga and meditation, and I thought incense would fit.
But is this object giving effects? And will it depend on the level of Wellness?
It gives some moodlets depending on the flavor you choose, kind of like the bath soaks and the bubble blower. I don't think wellness skill has any effect on them. One of them started a fire once in my game.

I use them quite often if I'm doing the wellness aspirations but, like crocobaura mentioned earlier, you do have to be careful as they can start fires. I like them for inspired or focussed moodlets.
