With how slow everything is to release, and with how little gets released at a time I predict there will be things that won’t make it into the game. I give the game another 2-3 years. Which would give them enough time for ~ 3 Expansions, ~ 4-6 Game Packs, and too many stuff packs.
It should never be a question of what could they do, but rather what will they likely do.
"Could" is just going to leave to disappointment.
