What features are a MUST with the new expansion?

(Just a speculation, not confirmed) Which features are a must to a tropical related expansion pack?

    Pirates would be tricky to incorporate, but if they could do it, and not sacrifice anything else in the pack. I would use it.

    My vote would really be "all," but I chose the one feature I thought was non-negotiable.

    I would've chosen "all", but if I had to pick, water activities would make this pack. And this would also imply being able to enter bodies of water
