Just a short update as we continue with Summer 2013.
Jacob moved in to his own place in Tomerang, however as i entered his new apartment he auto aged up! In his last home he had 23 days until he aged up until an adult. He was quite sad that we missed his birthday.
Jacob's Café is now registered as a small business. Here is the first customer of Jacob's Café as a small business:
It wasn't long before word got around that Jacob's was open again and other patrons started to arrive.

Back at the Mohr household, Gerrard has had some bad news. Darryl Stubbs his landlord has had an offer on the house and Darryl is keen to sell. Unfortunately for the Mohr's they'll have to leave Darryl's house but Gerrard has seen the for sale sign outside my sim self's old house. Could he be tempted to make an offer?
As the family are low on funds to buy my sim self's house, Teagan talks about the situation with her partner (English actor David Bradley!) Teagan would really like to help Gerrard buy my sim self's old house but she doesn't have any money to help. She tells him that they have agreed to raise the funds but it will take a long time to.
David approaches Gerrard and makes him aware that he knows of his situation. He hasn't told Teagan this but he is happy fund the remaining amount of the asking price. The asking price for my sim self's old house is $261,945 Simoleans, between them they have raised $94,000 so far. Gerrard is unsure about taking money from a famous actor such as David but he want's to do this for Tegan. Gerrard eventually agrees on David's help and puts an offer on my sim self's old house.
As negotiations between my sim self and Gerrard take place, my sim self and his wife Luna visit Jacob at his café. They are very pleased Jacob's new small business is doing well:

Jacob didn't want to come in to work today because it was boilng hot during a heatwave, his face says it all!

Jacob does look sad that he wasn’t able to celebrate his birthday with a party 🙁His reopened cafe as a small business is great! Very nice design of the cafe. The seating, dining tables and colours are very nice and his new apartment is great. Very nice tv watching and reading area. It is great that many customers are returning to the cafe. Jacob does look very warm on the hot weather heatwave day! I hope that the negotiations between your simself and Gerrard for his old house goes well. It is kind of David to want to help to fund Gerrard buying the home.
