What happened to setting the time for an event?

I had one sim use his phone for a birthday party I wanted to be able to set the date and time but the option was not there. So we are having a birthday party. It was supposed to be at home but no the...

You need to have Seasons and use the calendar to create the event in order to be able to set the time.
