I haven't really actively played Diego. But I HAVE given him and his apartment makeovers some time back.

Some of my headcanons of Diego include:
1. Diego is a celebrity in the San Myshuno Scene.
2. Diego and Penny Pizzazz are besties.
3. Diego is related to Wolfgang Munch in some way (like someone else mentioned, there is a strong resemblance between them).
4. Diego lives alone and likes it that way, due to his control-freak tendencies.
