In my game, Bob left Eliza.
Eliza had a kid named Desmond (thanks to MC Command Center) with Arlo Bunch (from TS3!) Eliza recently died in front of Bob's house from old age, and I moved Desmond in with his dad since he never really knew him.
Bob got re-married and has four kids. He's had a happy life! He's now an elder and his bar is glowing. :(
