What If Seasons is Confined to Specific Locations?

Gaging the requests for Seasons how would you feel about weather being confined to one new world or four different packs for each type of weather? Or one pack like one pack that contains four differ...

In my opinion, either make it worldwide or just don’t make it. I think there are far more interesting ideas out there for Sims 4 than a restricted seasons pack, though I do love seasons in the past.
