Didn't vote. I would like these seasons to correlate to the "climate" of the worlds. Brindleton bay probably would get heaps and heaps of snow, Oasis Springs wouldn't get much besides heat waves. I imagine SM as being hot and WC/NC/MP get rain. WB would probably get rain as well. FH would get lots of thunderstorms and GF would probably get it all.
What you're after, then, is a toggle, an option, a choice!
Yes, hadn’t thought of that but for Sims 4 it would be essential to be able to set weather per neighborhood, since you can travel between them.- keekee53Seasoned NewcomerYeah that will be the end of the game for me. Having season confined to one vacation world is worse than no toddlers for me. It is why I am slowly buying packs and only when they are on sale because I am afraid of what they are going to do with seasons. If I had an idea of what to expect with the game, I might be more inclined to spend my money. I am afraid to invest in this game too much.
I will also be frustrated if they don't have options for rotation. I want my rotation of sims to experience a season before it changes. - Give us weather in all worlds, or don't give us Seasons at all!
- After finally feeling happy about this game after sooo long, it would really tear me to shreds. Since we're not in the scenario at the moment though (as far as I know). I can only imagine depending on how bad it could be I'd either be done with just TS4 alone or just any new iterations period.
- I don't think I need to add anything else.
- Sims 1 vacations were all in one pack as well as I recall. You just did not have any weather in the regular game.
- In 2017 I'd be pretty disappointed if weather can not be in all worlds, current and to come. While weather was ok in TS2..that's an old game now...Games have evolved well past that set up these days.
However, my gut tells me weather will be world specific and probably destination worlds at that. :| "aricarai;c-16212191" wrote:

I would love to see a weather system similar to what we had in TS2. The entire world had weather. Each sub-hood had its own weather. IIRC, we could even determine how long each season lasted for each hood (or maybe that was TS3, I forget). It was wonderful.
Oasis Springs could have very, very rare and brief rainfall with cool evenings in the "winter", perhaps.
Willow Creek, Newcrest, Magnolia Promenade, San Myshuno, and Granite falls could have all four seasons (they seem to be in high summer, at the moment).
Windenburg could be foggy and rainy, with a longer winter. However, the spring and summer could be bright and beautiful, as it is now.
Forgotten Hollow could be foggy, rainy, and cold most of the time. (Hopefully, with darker nights.)
The possibility of choices makes me very happy. I hope that it comes to fruition. The one thing that I'm not going to do is buy a pack for each of the three remaining seasons. That would be going too far.- janysesNew ObserverI needed an "I wouldn't be perfectly happy but would probably end up buying anyway" option.
