What is good World/Town to raise family besides Willowcreek?

I play families in all worlds. I choose based on where I think my sims would want to live. In my Westbrook legacy, I spread them out throughout all worlds. My founder started in Windenburg. There isn't a right/wrong place to have your families live. So Sulani works too.
