Someone mentioned hobby affinity, or inclination, which I suppose could work if the next GP is a hobby pack. It'll come in a bg update though so I can't personally see it working well without a pack to expand on it.
Perhaps a talent tab? Like, maybe increases skill gain for certain skills based on talent? I suppose that could work since virtually everyone learns skills at an equal pace? It could work if we get an active burglar career in this GP (which I'm hoping for but its more likely not it) and you get more talented at being stealthy? More successful at completing heists? Just a thought.
