Sergio Romeo is married to Siobhan they have one son together, Santiago. However, Sergio also had an affair with Nina Caliente. They have a son called Adriano. Sergio cared for both of his sons. He and his wife are still living in the house he starts in. (Joaquin moved out -> Partihaus and is married to Jade Rosa. But that is a different story...) Sergio and Shioban are both elders in my game now.
