What is Sims University About and Why do You like it?

I recently created a poll in regards to expansions, and I see that a lot of people really want Sims University. Although I have it for TS3, I never did a get a chance to play it so I don't really know...

I loved the Uni EP’s I know it’s not for everyone but hanging out with your hall mates in the kitchen or sitting room was just somthing so cool as was moving in and the Frat parties falling in love and all that I was really upset when my time at university finished ( sim and irl) but yeah it’s fun
