Open World is never coming for TS4. The game wasn't designed for it.

I mean we don't even have proper elevaters , spirals staircases, pool loungers.
These might still come.
I mean curved stairs came in the last EP for TS2. Elevators though, perhaps not. If they did I wish they'd replace/update all of the ones that came with CL.
