What is the best way to make a millionaire homeless sim go broke WITHOUT PLAYING THAT SIM?

I have two homeless sims with a household account of 1.16 million. They acquired the funds previously via random lottery winnings and were previously unplayed/unfavorited households. I have placed ...

Like previous poster had said. You must use cheats to get rid of household funds. There is no way to deplete all funds from households while not playing them.
