What is the best way to start a fire instantly?

For storytelling purposes I have a large lot I need to have burn down. It's a 40x30 and the building is multistory and takes up most of the lot. So there is a lot I need to set on fire. What's the bes...

There is a mod called “more deadly/intense fire” and it would make the fire spread really quickly. I tried it before and after the fire starts, it pretty much instantly sets the whole lot on fire. It hasn’t been updated in 2 years though so I don’t know if it still works.
