What is the home unit box for? Is there a way to make a space that isn’t a lived in space but a community spot? Doubtful but it intrigues me..

Maybe Home Units are for played Households?
Since there can be 2 played Households per Multi Res, maybe they need to be defined as such?
Or, as mentioned before, this is to define it at the Landlords home, would make sense.
Edit: also community spots are made via choosing "shared space" so its not that.
