This is the 3rd time i've done scientist career and i've never had these issues: 1. Why do I have to make the Hover lamp, momentum conserver, clone machine, sim ray...etc over and over and over...

2. I'm being assigned tasks that are not possible to complete. It's telling me to make Spark Serum but i'm not getting the option to even make that one.
3. Kind of goes with #2 but it is telling me to use mind control to make my co-workers panic. I looked at the sim ray upgrade options and there is nothing for panic.
What gives?
Perhaps your scientist needs more skills and/or break throughs. My scientist can use the gun for other sims to panic. And he can make Spark serum. Have you checked you have the needed ingredients?
