What is your dream stuff pack?

I'd welcome a SP that focused on diverse households.
- Individual cash accounts would be nice.
- A way to list possessions and make a testament would be cool.
- Allowing us to set certain defaults per household, like picking one from a list of designs for plates and mugs would be cool. Small details like this would actually color a household.
- I miss a few heirloom objects that would exist in just one copy per save - not available in catalog. Back in TS2 a family could keep the Aspiration/Career award that granny earned long ago. It helped making some households unique.
- Wish there was a system of jewelry box per sim. Also that some more spectacular jewelry could only be bought once from CAS per save. This way the next generation could inherit unique stuff, that also could give the some "party street cred". Would love this for clothing, too, but imagining it would be easier to add a new group of jewelry.
- UI could include some stats for each save, accessible from world view. Back in TS2 I programmed a site on the side telling me TOP3 & BOTTOM3 of wealth, age, skills, popularity and a lot more, and it was cool keeping an eye on it over time. It' would also be in handy finding info on what careers have none or few employees,what aspirations are less common in the fame, etc. I tend to give the same five option to all my sims, LOL.

I have some of these in my game on the side, but it would be nice if it was an in game thing.
