Sometimes. Like vampires, it depends on what set of rules you're using. And like vampires, I hope that the devs include a lunar cycle and give players the ability to customize their werewolves. So, if you want a werewolf who changes uncontrollably on the full moon and goes berserk, you can have that. If you want a werewolf who can manage their transformation, you can have that too. Maybe you could even have one that changes on emotional whims. Imagine being on your date with Johnny Zest, and suddenly your sim turns into a 500 lb raging behemoth of teeth and fur when things get hot and heavy. That would spice up a date.
