I never thought about giving my sim nation a name, but I guess it would be something like alt Earth. A place that's almost like our real life, but not quite. A place where all myths are real, travel to other populated planets is possible, but the economy is whackadoo. One egg is 10 but you can buy a perfectly nice house in a good neighborhood for 50,000.
Like a lot of others here I do group my individual worlds together in a way that makes sense to me based on real world locations. Windenburg is Germany, Sulani is Hawaii, Oasis Springs is Las Vegas NV, etc. I do restrict travel between worlds just because playing that way is more fun to me.
