What is your TS4 delivery preference?

my choice is adoption or mkae the full family from start in create a sim

I prefer a ready to go toddler created from the parents's genes in CAS.
In saves where I'm interested in seeing the genetic lottery play out I always opt for home births.

My sims always deliver at home -- I literally never think about the hospital.

At the hospital! It's so much more realistic that way but I've never tried at home birth! I think I will the next time my sim is pregnant.

You can! My sim recently had triplets at the hospital.

Multiple babies can definitely happen at the hospital. One of my sim families delivered twins at the hospital.

Yeah, you can have multiple births in the hospital if that is keeping you from sending your sims to the hospital.

For me sometimes I have them give birth at home other times send them to the hospital.

You can look at the birth certificates and It'll say something like "
Sim Name is a healthy baby girl" at least until the writing fades. After that you can't. I wish it wouldn't fade
