I will start with one of my rules in the game and would like to read yours.
Since the game lacks any economics specially a moving/changing one I have created my own Taxation system (changing the bills amount)
I play in rotation many houses and with the first house I set the taxation. First rotation the taxation will be lower than Maxis' bills, in second rotation it will be higher than Maxis' bills.
What do I use for this?

I roll a dice before starting my rotation cycle. For example my current roration cycle should have a lower taxation. When I rolled the dice I got the number 5. This means The bills/taxes for this rotation has to be lower by 50% from EA's original bill. I then use MC Command mod to set the bills lower by 50%.
Next rotation cycle will be higher so when I roll the dice I set the bills higher by that percentage. If I get for example 3 then I will set the bills to be higher 30% from EA's original bills.
This system makes my game so much fun, In my mind this represents how the economy is doing at a particular rotation cycle. My sims have to adopt to it!
