I use MCCC for a custom life span, I think it is closest to long when looked at total length, but it's divided differently to make it feel more realistic and not rushed.
I've used the premise that one year is four days (set this up before seasons). So, from the top of my head, these are my settings:
Baby: 4 days
Toddler: 12 days
Child: 28 days
Teen: 28 days
Young adult: 88 days
Adult: 100 days
Elder: 60 days
So a sim is about 80 years old when they die. Also, in principle, only young adults can have babies, I could make exceptions but it hasn't happened yet.
