I play on Long lifespan in my main save and Aging Off in my secondary save.
I've contemplated changing to Normal on my main save, because I'm always in such a rush to begin the next generation, but I think I'd be annoyed with sims dying more frequently than I'm used to. I also want my Young Adults to stay as YA for the longest they can. On the other hand, I'm tired of toddlers. I think I'm going to age up two of my toddlers into children in my next gameplay session, but they aren't even two full days into the lifestage yet...
I think I may play around with MCCC aging settings.
My secondary save is mainly focused on premade sims. Since they're practically all dead in my main save, it's nice to see them out and about. I'm going to age up everyone when I want them to age up and kill off who I want to kill off rather than having the game decide.
