I play on normal as it fits me better but sometimes I feel like it's not enough.
I use MCCC. I play on Long Lifespan, but the Adult lifespan wasn't wuite long enough for me so I made it just a few days longer using MCCC. While it is a big mod, it has been SO HELPFUL to me in my gameplay.
