What MWS features are restricted to wedding events?

I have not grabbed the pack yet as I hardly have time playing these days, will get MWS when my RL gets back to normal. Meanwhile I wonder what event features of the pack are not restricted to wedding ...

@GalacticGal I found both under necklaces in CAS. Noticed it yesterday while making some sims for a game I am planning.
