What real life people, pets, or locations have you created in the Sims?
It's so much fun to make sims, pets, and builds based off things from real life, so I thought it might be fun to make a thread where you share your creations along side with a photo of the real person, pet, or location! Obviously be safe and use discretion to protect your privacy and other's privacy, and feel free to share sims and locations WITHOUT a real life photo if you want to show off a sim or build but don't want to post personal information.
So this is my dog, Maeby, who is (to our best knowledge) a whippet mix, and this is her as a sim :)
This is Ziggy owned by my Free Will Roomies challenge Sims. He's based on my real life male cat, Squiffy. I love him! <3 Sorry I don't have any recent pics of Squiffy, only when he was a kitten.

Here's the young adult version of my and Hubby's Self Sims. I created them for the Woo Hoo Weekend challenge. I only played them for that and sent them on vacation to Granite Falls when the pack first came out. We're actually closer to the adult, borderline elder lifestage. Hubby looks more accurate than I do, I do not have cheese colored hair for one thing! :D I'd post pics, but I don't think we're supposed to do that, against forum policy. Sorry...
And last, but certainly not least, my Sim for singer/songwriter Global Superstar, Adam Lambert, current frontman for the rock band Queen! I took a LONG time making this Sim trying to get him as accurate as the game would allow. I think I did pretty good. He has unique, rare colored eyes though I'll never be able to get right, they're half blue and half gold. Plus, we desperately need full body freckles (he's actually a natural redhead) and body hair. Oh well...
I have two versions of him on the Gallery. He likes to change up his style and looks quite often. Here's my most current version of him not on the Gallery. I finally was able to make him a proper Global Superstar once I got the GF EP. Here he is attending a party at the Chalet. My Sim was lucky enough to get his autograph.
Here's a few more screenshots of his versions on the Gallery and in-game doing various NPC roles. I was bummed about seeing him doing those roles, but it was kind of funny. So glad he's a Global Superstar now though living in a huge mansion in Del Sol Valley. <3
@Karababy52 Really nice work, Adam Lambert looks really good! And I did figured that people wouldn't be posting pictures of themselves, but it is fun to see people's sim selves at least, even without a photo.
The sim in my avatar is very vaguely based on me (red hair and glasses) but she is much prettier and more stylish than I will ever be LOL
@permanentrose Thank you so much about Adam! <3 It is fun to see the self-Sim of others. There was a thread at one point just for that purpose. While I enjoyed playing with 'us' for that challenge, I've never played with them since then. It would just seem weird. Same with my self-Sim as yours, she's more a suggestion of what I look like. I love red hair, lots of it in my family on Mom's side, your avatar Sim is very pretty. :)

Omg guys how do you do it???? I just tried to make some celebrity sims and it's so HARD I wanted to throw my computer against the wall lol. They barely even resemble them

I agree is quite hard... especially with some people. For example, I started making Keira Knightley months ago! Of course I was doing another stuff during this time, but I occasionaly came back to her and I couldn't figure out her appearance, especially eyes. They are so tricky. And I'm not 100% satisfied even now. Maybe it's easier for me because I was studying art, idk. But it totally took alot of practice, making real people was definitely harder a year ago. Also right presets matter, and they may not be the obvious ones. The most important part of any preset is the one that cannot be changed... nose bone structure, eyelids, lip curve and cupid's bow, etc. I also use paint.net (or any graphic editor) to making comparisons with a photo in process. I combine layers or make it half a sim picture, half a photo to see if I got proporions right.
