There's a city in Southern California by the name of Garden Grove. The pet name when I was a teen for it, Garbage Gulch. ;) So, I get the whole twist in the name, thing.

For whatever reasons this Sim has for disappearing, changing out her hair color is an effective way to hide in plain sight. Trust me. My eldest son in 2nd grade wanted to be Spock from Star Trek for Halloween. So, I made him a mini uniform (the original 'pajamas' uniform, as some call it) got him some plastic pointy ears to wear and I used washable spray hair coloring to make his platinum blond hair black. When I went to the school for the costume parade, I couldn't find him when it was time to go home. I was looking right through him for the black hair. LOL Nevermind what he was wearing and my hand-embroidered Delta Shield with the interlocking circles for Science on his shirt front. Didn't register. I was looking for a blond boy. LOL
