My vote is for werewolves and then fairies. And in either pack I would love them to reintroduce the moon phases from Supernatural.
I would like more non-American and European style worlds like Asia, Africa, maybe even Australia but I don't want them as vacation worlds I want them to be regular residential locations. A snowy world based on Japanese mountain regions with hot springs and macaques is my dream, but I want my sims to be able to live there.
