- Medium to large.
- simscadet8 years agoNew AdventurerI don't really like very big homes cause that comes with a performance hit. And I'm not a fan of small homes cause my sims have lots of kids. So medium - large are the types of homes I get. Like family homes
- I like smaller/medium sized homes. I feel like my sims never truly interact with eachother living in mansions because everything is so spaced out and everybody always goes off and does their own thing.
- Beardedgeek728 years agoSeasoned AceI really prefer something between small and medium. An open plan 20X30 is perfect. That's another reason I'm moving out from the penthouse; tired of taking a Sim Hour to go from the pool to the bed.
- thatsnotsweg8 years agoSeasoned AceIt really just depends on the family that I am playing. I have houses/lots of all sizes that I play in. I play mansions the least, but I have one family in a huge 64x64 mansion and they're one of my favorites.
- I can do so much more with large lots. I don't even play the small ones, they are much too cramped.
- loyabe8 years agoRising AceI have a preference for small/medium homes. Sims always want so many things though, that make there homes large and takes forever to get from A to B. So I choose other, as while there homes start out small/medium they always end up large.
- Big lots overwhelm me with bills, dirtiness, and unused rooms. The perfect size for me is a 2 storey colonial

- But one story!!
