What time?? Birthday event

I work everyday 2-10pm EST, I logged into the sims at around 9am just now expecting the birthday event to be live and it’s not :( I have tried for the last 10 minutes to figure out what time it goes live and I don’t see anything!! Is it the same time as the live stream? Bc that feels super late honestly for both the live stream and the event. Any info to offer??

update: I had to work 2-10pm so I am about to hop on here in a bit finally haha. I saw some people saying that the event doesn’t pop up on the Home Screen when you launch the game like the past ones, you have to actually open your save for it to begin. So I’m assuming that was my issue and I just needed to open my save and would have seen it

They usually put the updates/patches out at 1pm EST, I believe? That's when I'm gonna start checking 👍

The Sims 4 "Blast From The Past Event" begins when?? I don´t have it on my game yet. Does anyone know? And the free stuff that they said were going to give today? I´m still waiting on that too. Europe here, 6 pm on my country.
