Maybe that's really what they mean when they say that they're "listening" - that in reality, we are the QA team :joy:

That is a shame even with remote playtesting.
I know :( I've asked them about it and they do plan on changing it but to my knowledge that hasn't happened yet. But maybe some day! I'd love playtesting, I'd rather give constructive feedback than complain after the fact if given the opportunity :blush:
