I'd be disappointed if seasons or weather didn't affect plants. I love gardening in my game (hate it IRL), so I would love to have it be a little more realistic. With plants being dormant in winter if they are not planted in a greenhouse. Would be even more realistic, because once you get perfect plants all year round, you can get ridiculously rich in no time. So I would be hiiighly disappointed if they just ignored gardening in a seasons pack.
But all the thinks mentioned above e.g. festivals, reactions to the weather, ability to control the seasons/weather for a world...
