@Writin_Reg it's interesting how you mentioned going with the flow according to what pack has come out.
i find that true in my game a lot as well. when i got vampires, i was really into the vampire life. when city living came out, i was doing the apartment living lifestyle. i also did the "own a retail store" when that came out.
it is nice to be able to change up your game and do some interesting things when new packs come out.
Yes it is fun to change it up with the packs - I think it keeps me from getting caught up in the waiting for a particular pack syndrome that seems to tend to make people waiting angry. I just go with what ever is next and change directions.
Yep - I did Vamp thing too - tried the Apts, pets, and seasons fun - I do like still going to the festivals with what ever sim I am playing. I have been enjoying JA too and not with just the adventuring types. Like I decided to take a couple of older Sims on just a vacation in JA and a get to know the people there kind of visit. Instead of really exploring and digging I had them making friends with locals - using the rental as a relaxing vacation spot - went sort of site seeing and had fun in the ruins instead of working them. I actually sort of enjoyed the change and played one of the older couples with nothing really in mind but giving them a relaxing vacation.
So I guess I also like to change things up a bit from their intentional purposes as well. LOL.
