What's the point of the Vets?

I can't say that I've ever had an issue with the vets, sometimes they can be a bit slow but they get to it eventually.

I've had both good and bad luck with patronizing clinics. It can be fine or it can be awful.

The point, though? To play the career. That was one of the big sellers of C&D. We have it because they thought we wanted to play as a vet (and I did). The point of visiting clinics, though? They didn't let us opt out of illness in the options (or order medicine online like we could with GTW).

Forcing interaction with clinics or vet skill/equipment was was a bad call in my opinion, but I don't mind having the infrastructure there when I want to interact as a customer.

I think you're confusing vets from the Sims with vets from real life.

somehow i managed to read vet as vlad and i was so offended??? :sweat_smile: gotta fix me eyes... or make vlad a vet i suppose

but I like using vet place cause ive never been fan of instant fix like all curing treats... then again I do not really have pets often in my game
(too many sims to look after even without)
so maybe that is why its not too annoying to me yet

do think there might be routing failure in your clinic perhaps? or then yeah its just buggy glitchy and you have to reset sims and try again

I've never had this problem, either. Why don't you try placing another Veterinarian Clinic and see if it gets populated by Vets that actually care. Sorry about the loss of your pet. You know if that happened in RL, there's be quite a stink over it.
