I have more community lots than residential lots in my game. My sims are always going somewhere.
The lot types I use the most would be cafés, parks, and pools but I also have tons of restaurants and bars, several rec centers, several of each community space types, wedding venues, clubs... The lot type I have the least of is graveyards, I only have 2 at the moment.
Wow, that must be a lot of lots! I just turned my Newcrest into a community only world and I thought that was a lot.
