One word answer: Never.
Longer answer: EA expects us to pay them so much for lackluster content. If they would just put as much effort into actually fixing the game as they did pandering and being woke, imagine how much better the game would have been. But they made their choice, and I don't see things changing for the better anytime soon. After all, they once left Sims 3 in shambles. It's hard to enjoy a game that feels lacking no matter the amount of packs you own. That's why we have creators making interesting mods and nice CC.
