When are the hours ordering Pizza works?

...It's not until I started playing University in ernest I remembered there's an order pizza option on the phone...
But a lot of the time the call goes thru but no order is placed (and no error). I THINK it has to do with me calling too early (seems to never work before 12am) but anyone knows for sure?

I think between noon and about 5 pm. I know for sure if you order after 5-5:30 pm you’re not getting anything.
