When The Sims Makes Eating Hazardous

Teen Erik was busy roasting the Turkey for their Thanksgiving Day Feast, when he decided to get all cute, by throwing a bottle of liquid seasoning up into the air. Well, as luck would have it, he didn't catch the thing. Instead, it crashed into the open oven door, shattering into bits that flew right into the turkey in the pan! I wouldn't eat it, is all I'm sayin'.

Please share instances when your Sims managed to make the meal less than safe to eat. :open_mouth:
  • This was at least partly my fault. I didn't see 'Remove spoiled food' when I clicked on the fridge and had my Sim make a meal using spoiled meat. And he did, then ate it!! I noticed he wasn't enjoying his meal and wondered why, thinking it was something he just didn't like. Then I hovered over his plate and saw the reason why. But before I was able to cancel the eat meal option he had finished. And spent all day complaining and in a bad mood over the incident.
  • Preparing food in the restroom is a classic one, but my guys love to travel all over the lot for their counters.

I also love you can use Foul quality goldfish to make your fried fish dishes.

In my game, Florida Man would still eat it, picking out the glass while standing in the mud pit in his back yard, telling himself a story....

Sad thing is, my Sim family didn't get a chance to eat it. Erik had to jet off to a concert and another photoshoot. By the time he returned, Joey, had removed the turkey from the oven and discarded it. Brianna then stepped up to roast a fresh turkey, which she finally abandoned to allow their mother to complete it. They did eat it, but in the end Erik had an awful holiday. Sadness.
