Yes it is in laptop mode, does that cause issues with it?

Are you playing in fullscreen mode or borderless window? It's been a while, but I used to have that same freezing issue where I would have to restart the computer as well until I switched to borderless window. Ever since I switched to borderless window, I have had no problem with freezing and having to restart the computer.
I am playing with fullscreen, I have not tried a borderless window, I'm not sure how to do that, sorry I am not the greatest with these things lol, but will take any advice and try anything to help it work better. Thanks both!
