The game itself has some underlying issues. And the developers are aware of them and have been able to reproduce some of them themselves (like the problems in SM). I have been waiting for fixes but the fact that they tried but havent been able to indicates a big problem to me.
Its just a little annoying when someone tries to say its not the game but its the computer instead. I have a $3,000 gaming PC and I still cant fast forward in SM without the clock freezing every 2 seconds. I play modern games and they run like butter.
It is possible that maybe there is a specific inconpatibility between the game and certain types of hardware and maybe thats why some people experience no issues. But that is still something to be fixed from the game's end.
