Its just a little annoying when someone tries to say its not the game but its the computer instead. I have a $3,000 gaming PC and I still cant fast forward in SM without the clock freezing every 2 seconds. I play modern games and they run like butter.
It is possible that maybe there is a specific inconpatibility between the game and certain types of hardware and maybe thats why some people experience no issues. But that is still something to be fixed from the game's end.
It's cool that you have a $3000 pc. But it still doesnt mean this is a universal problem.

can you point out where I or anybody else said its universal? I mean I clearly just said in my last post that not everyone experiences the issue
my point is that these issues are confirmed and reproduceable by the developers (otherwise they would not have been able to attempt to address them in the past)
