Just wanted to say that I took your advice and my game runs so much smoother now. I'm even able to play with higher graphics and turn on reflections now.
I'm glad it worked out for you as well. Besides TS4, I use borderless window for every other game that supports it. I find it's just much more efficient than fullscreen. You can tab out and do other things without delay etc.
