Where are the house call patients?

My Chief of Staff Doctor was prompted to go on a house call so I did it. The tasks says examine and give medicine to 3 patients. The thing is, there's two people in the house, but only one is a patient. Where's the rest?
I'm going to send her back to the hospital and have her go about her work day, but that's going to mean failing this task.
I've had this issue in the past, but I thought it was fixed. Please help.
