Where did this skirt come from?

Just click on it in CAS and it will bring up the icon. The icon should have the symbol in the corner to tell you what pack it's from.

It doesn't show up in the catalog! I even try to untag it (I'm sorry if it's not a word english is not my first language) to both male and females which is usually why items won't show and it's not there

Well she is a premade and its not a randomized outfit, so this means it has to be some unlock item?

You can sometimes have locked items come up randomly in CAS it can happen for random townies as well. They are only available for the sim they show up on (like it won’t be available for a second sim you add in CAS) and only remain unlocked for as long as it’s on the sim. The second you change it, it will disappear.

Another example of this though not random is the beret Miko Ojo from City Living wears. It’s a locked item for the Critic career that they chose to give her. If you take it off her you loose access to it even though she starts with it.

My thoughts exactly, but I haven't reached the top of the career yet and I didn't want to cheat at least untill I finish solving the mystery so it might be just a career item? Did you test them in both branches?

I am really not a fan of locked CAS items...

this was really bugging me

Erwin Pries, conspiracy theorist has a shirt like that. He married my sim and when I went to give him a makeover I couldn't find his shirt in the catalogue at all. I don't know why because I've seen others post their own sims wearing it, not just npcs but it's not tagged under Strangerville or no tags at all that I can find. I wonder if there's an issue with some stuff not showing up.

Couldn't you have just clicked on the skirt while you had the sim in CAS and it would have taken you to it? Or does locked content not work that way.

@kalaksed Thanks! Don't know how I missed those. My sim frequented that kiosk I never saw clothing though. I probably just bypassed it because it wasn't what I was looking for at the time.
