Where did this skirt come from?
I noticed a townie (I forgot her name) in strangerville wears this skirt under cold weather, I don't remember ever seeing it and I can't find it in the catalog? is this a new career unlock or..? htt...

You can sometimes have locked items come up randomly in CAS it can happen for random townies as well. They are only available for the sim they show up on (like it won’t be available for a second sim you add in CAS) and only remain unlocked for as long as it’s on the sim. The second you change it, it will disappear.
Another example of this though not random is the beret Miko Ojo from City Living wears. It’s a locked item for the Critic career that they chose to give her. If you take it off her you loose access to it even though she starts with it.
