Where do the dead sims go?
I wish there was a proper way to handle dead sims... so we could make a cemetery or something. Does anyone know how to find the urns of sims who have died (when you're not playing them)?

I can confirm thanks to my sim Gregory's unfortunate but timely death from old age that, at the very least, members of played households who die of old age while not the active household do spawn a tombstone on the home lot (possibly only if they die on said home lot). I have no idea about anyone or anywhere else as of yet.
