where do the magical sages live?

I don't have my game open just now, so I appologize if I'm a little off on these. I'll edit once I've started up Sims 4 for the evening.
You'll need the sage to either be at the lot or at least be in your sim's contact panel. Going to the bar in Glimmerbrook is usually a good way to get Spellcasters to show up, though I've seen all three in walkbys.
Click on the sage (or their portrait), go to MC Command center
Sim Flags -> Population -> Flag as homeless
Sim Flags -> MCCC -> Flag as Immortal
Sim Flags -> Career -> Freeze Career (once you've used MC Cheats -> carreer Cheats ->quit job if they have one)
